From Rehearsal to Release
GINA
McCORMACK and CATHERINE YATES are the leader and second violin
respectively of the Sorrell Quartet, currently Quartet in residence
at the Univesity.
They introduce us to the process of recording from first rehearsal
to the finished recording, illustrated with extracts from their
own CDs, including their on-going Shostakovich cycle.
